What is the Madison PTO?
The Madison Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of parents and staff whose mission is to develop and sustain a close relationship between parents, teachers and students by creating opportunities within the school and community. The PTO provides assistance to teachers within the classroom settings, raises funds educational materials and experiences, advocates school and family social interactions, and provides additional resources as necessary to help the school to be its best. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
Goals and Objectives
· Promote communication between students, staff and parents.
· Enhance the educational environment.
· Recruit volunteers and coordinate volunteer efforts for events and projects that support and enrich the education and environmental goals for Madison Elementary.
· Create and continue to build a sense of community amongst Madison Elementary.
