Madison Art Show Finalists

Congratulations to the following Madison students for having their art work chosen to be in the DMPS Art Show: 2nd grade Viviana Morales; 4th grade Brooklyn Gruber, Fernanda Sandoval, Aureyelle Meneweather; 5th grade Jose Rivas, Adam Vandyke, Iris Galan, Gabriela Moreno. The art show will be at the Downtown Capital Square Mall 400 Locust Street Des Moines. The opening reception is on February 6th from 5:30-7:30. There will be opening comments by Des Moines Schools Superintendent Thomas Ahart and School Board President Cindy Elsbernd at 5:45 PM. Music will be provided by the Hoover String Quartet. The exhibit will display February 6-12. A big thank you to Ms. Bonz who helps our Madison students use their creativity to create beautiful works of art!
