Super Spelling Bee Action!

Madison Elementary had their 2014 Annual Spelling Bee on Tuesday, March 4th at 6 p.m. in the gymnasium. The top 5 spellers from both fourth grade and both fifth grade classes had been chosen and the students have had 4 weeks to study a challenging list of words. We enjoyed watching 20 of our students compete in this academic sport. The first and second place winners received a trophy, purchased by the Madison Parent and Teacher Organization. Congratulations to our first place winner: Cynthia Renes in 5th grade and second place winner: Isaiah Stoker! We are proud of all our Top Spellers!
