North Side Band Night

The final concert of the year will be on Wednesday, May 9th at 7:00 pm in the North High School Auditorium.

It will include band students from Cattell, Findley, Garton, Madison, Moulton and Oak Park Elementary Schools.

Students should arrive early enough to assemble their instruments and be in their seats by 6:15 pm.

Signs will direct students to where they should keep their cases.

We will start rehearsal on the stage precisely at 6:15 in preparation for the 7:00 pm concert.

Students should dress nicely for this concert.

You should already be hearing the students practice their concert music (Let’s Go Band, Folk Song Medley, Odes To Joys). Each week I assign a small section of each piece to be prepared. Please remind students to keep up.

Harding, Goodrell and North Bands will also be performing. The finale of the concert will be a piece of music played by all students 5^th grade through 12^th grade!
